General Introduction:

The railless metal roof mounting system facilitates the rapid mounting of framed PV modules on metal sheet roofs with minimum thickness 0.8mm, only four components are required to install the modules directly to the roof. A base mounting clip is 100mm or 140mm long, which is easy to carry and attach to almost all trapezoidal and sandwich roofs. The EPDM sheet is in the package to seal the screw against the metal sheet.

Installation Process:

a.Fixing the TYN-47 roof clamp according to layout

b. Placing the solar panels and use the end clamps to fix the panels

c. Using the mid clamps to fix the panels

d. Placing the entire panel from bottom to top

Installation precautions:

***Measuring the width of the standing seam to ensure that the roof clamps can match with it

***The three self-tapping screws of the TYN-47 roof clamp are pre-assembled, and can be easily fastened after adjusting the clamp position.

***The EPDM pad is sealed at the bottom of the TYN-47 roof clamp before shipment,  offering water-proof protection after installation.

***It needs to check the connection of the TYN-47 roof clamps and other connectors regularly especially when strong wind will come.
